Veterinary Receptionist

Part-Time Position Available

Our receptionists are the heart of our client experience. If you enjoy helping people, love animals, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities include, greeting clients and patients with a friendly, professional attitude, scheduling appointments and answering multi-line phones, creating and maintaining medical records, admitting and discharging patients, processing payments and financial transactions, assisting with prescription requests and over-the-counter sales, maintaining the front office and reception area, and providing outstanding client communication and support.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Computer proficiency
  • Veterinary experience preferred but not required
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) / Veterinary Technician
